It is no longer news that the Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, has become the most effective waste disposal agency in Nigeria by making Port Harcourt cleaner than heaven. What is news, however, is that RIWAMA is not being praised enough for their dedication in making the state capital look kept in an awkward kind of way.
