Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has called on President Bola Tinubu and his son, Seyi Tinubu, for additional payment following his participation in an All Progressives Congress rally in Lagos.
The rally, held on Tuesday at Onikan Stadium, attracted politicians, entertainers and supporters of the ruling party.
In a video circulating on social media, Portable was seen asking to meet the president and his son while complaining about the physical strain he experienced during the event.
The singer, who appeared visibly exhausted and sweaty, said he had struggled during the rally and demanded additional payment.
“I want to see Tinubu and Seyi Tinubu; they have almost squeezed me to death. I have fainted. Did we not collect money? Tinubu, pay me more money,” he said.
Portable was among the entertainers and personalities present at the event, where he was seen moving around the venue and engaging with supporters.
Reports also claimed that the singer fainted due to exhaustion, although the circumstances surrounding the claim have not been independently confirmed.
