Super Eagles Friendlies Against Iran and Jordan Moved to Turkey

The Nigeria national football team will now face Iran national football team and Jordan national football team in Antalya, Turkey, after the international friendlies were relocated from Amman.

The matches were initially scheduled to take place in Amman, but organisers moved the fixtures to Antalya due to the current situation in the Middle East and restrictions affecting the movement of people.

Nigeria will first take on Iran on Friday, 27 March, while Jordan will face Costa Rica national football team on the same day.

The Super Eagles will then return to action on Tuesday, 31 March, when they clash with Jordan, while Iran will also play Costa Rica.

All four nations are using the friendly matches as part of their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The tournament will be hosted by United States, Canada, and Mexico.
