According to the report, Inter Milan has stopped trying to get Ademola Lookman. Napoli is now going for him with a bid of €52 million.
The Nerazzurri think their interest in Lookman is completely stopped after Atalanta refused two offers. This was reported by Italian broadcaster SportMediaset.
At first, Inter offered €40 million for Lookman, then increased it to €45 million with extra money. But Atalanta said no to both. The club from Bergamo wants €50 million.
This transfer situation has been going on for over a month. Lookman has taken steps to move, like asking for a transfer and not training for more than a week.

Now, Napoli is ready to take the chance since Inter is out. Transfer expert Luca Cerchione said Napoli has put in a €52 million offer, which Atalanta thinks is fair.
Cerchione said, “Napoli has set aside a €52 million deposit, a figure considered acceptable by Atalanta.”
He also added, “The Neapolitan club has to decide whether to try to convince the player, who prefers Inter, to give up their fifth midfielder, or to stop chasing the Nigerian altogether.”
