The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Rivers State Command has announced the appointment of DSC Olufemi Ayodele as its new Public Relations Officer.
In a statement on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the command said DSC Ayodele is to take over from Akin Micheal Oguntuase, an Assistant Commandant of the Corps.
Oguntuase who served as the PRO of the State Command has now been redployed to the National Headquarters (NHQ) of the NSCDC Abuja.
Meanwhile, the incoming PRO, DSC Ayodele has appealed for synergy with members of the public and journalists to enable him to succeed in his new role.
