The erstwhile spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Rivers State, Mr Chris Finebone has joined the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Finebone’s exist comes amidst mass exodus from the APC following the conduct of the party’s gubernatorial primary.
He was received by Governor Nyesom Wike at his Rumuepirikon home alongside the gubernatorial candidate of the PDP, Sim Fubara.
Finebone had two days ago issued a statement berating Wike for threatening to demolish hotels used for meeting by opposition parties.
In the statement, Finebone warned Wike not to demolish hotels belonging to opposition party members under the guise of tackling insecurity.
Attempts to speak to Finebone on the development proved abortive as his phone lines were switched off.
