Super Eagles forward Junior Ajayi is expected to miss CAF champions league group stage opener against Espearance on Friday due to injury he caped on Monday.
Former Dream Team VI striker was hobbled off following a muscular injury he sustained in the Egyptian cup against Assyouti.
The club website on Tuesday afternoon confirmed that the player will need to recover from the injury before he can play again.
He has been ruled out of the Friday match slated for Borg El Arab stadium in Alexandria.
The player is expected to bounce back for the second game.
