There was panic in Elele Alimini, Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State on Monday following the discovery of three dead bodies in a hotel.
Community sources told TPCN that five other people were also found unconscious in the same hotel.
They were said to have inhaled smoke from a generating set giving power to the hotel which was left inside the hotel overnight by the manager of the facility.
It was gathered that hotel manager was also amongst those who were found dead in the morning.
According to the sources, those who found unconscious were rushed to the hospital”.
They added that the Divisional Police Officer in charge of the Egbeada Police division has invited the owner of the hotel for questioning.
