Three persons were on Thursday shot dead during a clash by rival cult groups in Port Harcourt.
This comes as security agencies were labouring to curtail similar clashes which have claimed dozens of lives in Dema, Andoni local government area and other communities in Khana local government area.
Sources say the three victims were shot dead at Sangana Street, Mile 1 Diobu.
They said the invasion of the area by the rival gang in search of rival cult members lasted for over 45 minutes.
It was gathered that the bodies of the diseased were evacuated by officers from the Mile 1 police.
