A business owner has cried out, asking the public to help her identify a lady who stole a phone from her shop.
The unidentified lady was seen in the video chatting happily with the shop attendant who was eager to make a sale.
The video showed the moment the lady lodged the phone comfortably in between her legs after the unsuspecting attendant looked away.
