Just In: Rivers LGA chairman, Odiari Princewill dies of Covid-19

Chief Odiari Princewill Christopher, the Executive Chairman of Asari Toru Local Government Area has died

Sources within the LGA said the ex-chairman died from a suspected coronavirus on Wednesday night.

A statement by the Association of Local Government Of Nigeria ( ALGON), Rivers State chapter confirmed the news.

The ex-chair was reportedly buried at Port Harcourt cemetery on Thursday under the strict supervision of Covid-19 taskforce.
