RSG to close Tombia Street by Aba Road for two weeks from Nov 1

The Rivers State Ministry of Works says it will close Tombia Street by GRA junction, Aba Road axis from two weeks starting from Friday, Nov one 2019.

The Rivers State Ministry of Works in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary Dr Clifford Walter said the closure of Tombia Street is due to the on-going road reconstruction in GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt.

The statement, however, advised commuters and residents of the affected area to use alternative routes to access their destination within the period of reconstruction.

          GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Rivers State Ministry of Works wishes to inform the general public that Tombia Street by GRA junction, Aba Road axis will be closed to traffic for two weeks starting from Friday, November 1st, 2019.

This is due to the on-going road reconstruction in GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt.

Therefore, all commuters and residents of the affected area are by this announcement advised to-use alternative routes to access their destinations within the period of reconstruction.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause the general public.
