Ahead of the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT at the Appeal Court, the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus; the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari; attorney-general of the federation, Abubakar Malami and others have stormed the court to witness the landmark ruling.
The petitioners, Atiku Abubakar and his party, the PDP are by the petition asking the tribunal to void the declaration of Buhari as the winner of the 2019 presidential election which they said was massively rigged.
