There are palpable anger at polling units in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State as electoral materials are yet to arrive.
Places like ward 2, 5, 11 and 15 are yet to receive their sensitive materials.
Voters who turned out in their numbers expressed disappointments at the situation, adding that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has demonstrated incapacity to conduct elections in the state.
Meanwhile, at ward 1, Wobia Gate in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, only one ballot booklet was provided by INEC officials instead of 11.
Voters who turned up to vote said that they are patiently waiting for the commission to rectify the problem.
At Unit 3 ward 8 in Oyigbo Local Government Area, INEC polling officers came with only 3 presidential ballot booklets and none for the senatorial and house of representatives.
At Elekahia Estate, Ward 19 Unit 30, polls are yet to open due to malfunctioning card readers.
