Breaking: Appeal Court resumes sitting over the Rivers APC Crisis.

The Port Harcourt division of the Appeal Court has resumed sitting over the lingering crisis in the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress.

The appeal is against the ruling of the Federal High Court which barred the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from recognising candidates of the APC for the 2019 elections in the state.

Magnus Abe is asking the court to declare him and the products of the direct primaries the authentic candidates of the party.

Details later.
