Rivers State Deputy Governor, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, has congratulated Moni Pulo Limited Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Seinye O.B. Lulu-Briggs, on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2026 Best of Africa Awards in London.
In a congratulatory message issued from Government House, Port Harcourt, Odu described the award as a well-deserved recognition of Lulu-Briggs’ over four decades of contributions to business, philanthropy and humanitarian development.
She said the honour, presented at the Best of Africa Awards Dinner at the Peninsula Hotel, London, celebrated Lulu-Briggs’ commitment to enterprise, compassion and service to humanity.

The deputy governor also praised her humanitarian efforts through the O.B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation, which supports vulnerable individuals and communities.
According to Odu, the recognition, presented under the theme “Unity,” highlights the values of stewardship, ingenuity and selfless service that inspire development across Africa.
She added that Lulu-Briggs’ achievements demonstrate that true greatness goes beyond professional success to include uplifting others, transforming communities and creating lasting positive change.
