The Rivers State Deputy Governor, Professor Ngozi Odu, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office.
In a goodwill message issued to mark the governance milestone and posted on her Facebook page on Friday, the Deputy Governor described Fubara as a visionary leader whose administrative blueprint has systematically transformed the state over the last three years.
Professor Odu lauded the governor’s tenure as a masterclass in focused leadership, noting that the administration has consistently delivered tangible progress for the citizens despite prevailing political developments within the state.
She pointed out that the executive agenda under Fubara has maintained a strict people-first approach, prioritising public welfare and expanding access to critical socio-economic opportunities.
“Over the past three years, your administration has stood as a beacon of resilience, focused leadership, and undeniable progress,” Odu stated. “With an unwavering commitment to the people, you have consistently prioritized public welfare.”
The Deputy Governor further commended the administration’s aggressive push in constructing impactful infrastructural projects across the various local government areas.
She emphasised that these targeted investments have successfully fostered a secure, peaceful, and predictable environment that remains highly conducive to long-term investment and sustainable economic growth.
Closing her anniversary address, Odu offered prayers for the continued health and success of the Governor as he navigates the state’s political and developmental future.
“As you continue to skillfully steer the affairs of our great State, I pray that Almighty God grants you abundant grace, renewed strength, and divine wisdom to lead us to even greater heights,” the Deputy Governor added.
