Senator Nuineh is dead

A former Senator and first lawyer in Ogoni Land, Senator Cyrus Nunieh has died.

Senator Nuineh until his death was the President of Bori State Movement.

Senator Cyrus Nunieh, the 88-year-old lawyer and former lawmaker, caused a stir in October, 2017, when he married his heartthrob, Rosemary Ijeoma.

The death of the first legal practitioner and first senator in Ogoni land, was announced, today, August 15 by the national executive council of Ogoni Youth federation (OYF).
