Former Big Brother Naija Season 4 housemate, Natasha Anita Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has reignited conversations around her controversial exit from the reality show, claiming she would have emerged as the winner if not for her disqualification.

Speaking on the latest episode of the Hot Takes podcast, Tacha reflected on her time in the house, stating that her consistent survival through eleven eviction rounds was proof of her massive fan base and winning potential.

“I knew I was going to win. The fact that the other housemates were always putting me up for eviction… In the history of Big Brother Naija, no housemate has stood for eviction as much as I have stood up for,” she said.
“But the fact that I kept bouncing back, I knew I had massive supporters outside.”

Tacha’s bold claim has sparked renewed debate among fans, many of whom still view her disqualification as one of the most dramatic moments in BBNaija history. She was removed from the show in September 2019 following a heated altercation with fellow housemate Mercy Eke, who went on to win the season.

Despite her exit, Tacha has remained a prominent figure in Nigerian pop culture, building a successful brand and fan base known as the Titans. Her latest remarks have reignited discussions about fairness, fan loyalty, and the unpredictable nature of reality TV.
