Renowned Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as Kwam1 or K1 De Ultimate, has been blacklisted by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) following an alleged violation of aviation safety protocols at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.

The incident occurred when the artist was scheduled to board a morning flight from Abuja to Lagos. Reports indicate that the flight crew deboarded Kwam1 after he allegedly failed to comply with aviation regulations.

In a dramatic turn of events, the musician reportedly attempted to halt the aircraft’s departure by standing directly in front of it.

A viral video circulating on social media captured the tense moment as the plane began moving, nearly striking Kwam1 as the pilot proceeded with take-off—a move that has been criticized as a potential breach of aviation safety rules.

Earlier, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) had launched an investigation into the musician’s conduct after he allegedly disrupted boarding procedures. According to eyewitness accounts, Kwam1 approached the aircraft, Flight VK201, while carrying a gold flask containing an unidentified substance.

When ground staff requested to inspect the flask, the musician reportedly refused and was seen drinking from it. Authorities suspected the flask contained alcohol, which is prohibited onboard flights in Nigeria
