Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, also known as Odumodublvck, has indicated that the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, could potentially make a significant impact in the music scene if he decided to pursue a musical career. According to a report, the hip-hop artist shared this thought in a tweet over the weekend.
He mentioned that Wike’s vocal qualities possess something distinctive that piqued his interest.
“I wish say Wike dey do music. I hear something in his vocals. I’m not joking”, he wrote on his X handle. Throughout his time as Governor of Rivers State from 2015 to 2023, Nyesom Wike attracted attention by frequently performing alongside a live music band.

After being appointed as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, he brought the band to Abuja, where they have continued to entertain at official occasions.
During the recent inauguration of the collector road connecting Mabushi to the Judges’ Quarters in Katampe, Wike openly committed to increasing the salaries of the band members. The band has gained recognition for their catchy songs that often gain popularity, such as As E Dey Sweet Us, Agreement Is Agreement, and Biggie Man.
