The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has announced plans to host the second edition of the International Cybersecurity Conference 2026 in Abuja, bringing together global and national stakeholders to address emerging cyber threats.
The conference is scheduled to hold on October 27 and 28, 2026, in the Federal Capital Territory.
According to NITDA, the event will convene senior leaders from government, policy, enterprise security, critical infrastructure, and the technology sector.
The agency said the conference will provide a platform for discussions on evolving cybersecurity challenges, including artificial intelligence-driven disinformation and cross-border cyber resilience.
It added that the gathering is designed to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
The conference is also expected to attract participants from across the global cybersecurity ecosystem, positioning Nigeria as a key player in ongoing international digital security conversations.
NITDA noted that sponsorship and partnership opportunities are open for organisations seeking to engage with decision-makers shaping cybersecurity policy and infrastructure.
It said the event will offer brands and stakeholders direct access to public sector leaders, enterprise security buyers, and critical infrastructure operators.
