Prof. Stephen Agochi Okodudu has assumed office as the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Choba.
The mantle of leadership was handed over to Okodudu by Professor Regina Ogali, who was appointed to act after the expiration of the tenure of Professor Ndowa S Lale.
President Muhammadu Buhari had in June approved the appointment Okodudu as acting VC for a period of Six Months.
His appointment was disclosed by the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu who said the acting appointment is with effect from 13th July 2020.
