Delta sets up 70-bed isolation center at Stephen Keshi’s stadium

As part of efforts to ensure that there are a sufficient number of beds for #COVID19 patients in Delta State, today, a 70-bed isolation centre was established at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

The Secretary to the Delta State Government, Mr Chiedu Ebie, and the Commissioner for Health, Dr Mordi Ononye, disclosed that NNPC, AGIP and other partners helped to erect the isolation centre at the stadium.

“With the way the virus is spreading, government cannot handle it alone. Corporate organisations have come to render assistance. NNPC/AGIP galvanised other oil companies to provide this facility,” the SSG said.
