Veteran actress, Hilda Dokubo has reacted to the appointment of senator Elisha Abbo as patron to the Actors Guild Of Nigeria.
This she declared on her Twitter handle through a video.
In the video she said “I am calling on all well meaning, mentally balanced and discerning members of the Actors Guild Of Nigeria to as a matter of urgency reverse the decision made to confer senator Elisha Abbo as the patron of this organization, as I cannot have an abuser as a patron to this prestigious organization.”
Recall that senator Elisha Abbo was caught in a video abusing a sales representative in a sex toy shop in Abuja around March last year. Although the senator gave an apology after the video went viral, many people declared his apology as remorseless and therefore unacceptable.
It is obvious that veteran actress, Hilda Dokubo isn’t impressed by the decision of the Actors Guild Of Nigeria to make senator Abbo a patron, reason shy has taken to her Twitter handle to vent and call on the right authorities to do the needful.
