Barely 24 hours after recalling the suspended local government chairmen, Nyesom Wike, the Rivers State Governor has sacked the State Commissioner of Power, Hon Shedrach Chukwu.
The sack was contained in a statement by the Special Assistant to the governor on new media, Simeon Nwakaudu.
According to the statement, the Governor directed the sacked commissioner to submit all Government Documents and Property in his possession to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Power.
