One Okpara Isaac Ogbuleka has allegedly been sacrificed to the gods by Odawo Community AKA Joinkrama 3 of Engeni in Ahoada-West local government area of Rivers State.
According to a Facebook Post by the deceased uncle, Agadagu Gift, Isaac’s carcass was dumped in a shallow pity close to the community’s field.
However, residents of Odawo community faulted the claims that Mr Isaac was killed for sacrificial purposes, alleging however, that the deceased was a notorious cultist who engaged in kidnapping of influential members of the community.
The residents alleged that the deceased brought pains and anguish to the community resulting to his killing by the community.
The police command in Rivers State is yet to react to the allegations.
