Jealous lover stabs boyfriend in the eye for calling another woman

One Mrs Alice Peters, a native of Khana Local government Area in Rivers State has stabbed her lover in the eye for flirting with another woman.

The victim simply identified as Abeulah was stabbed by his lover in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area on Thursday.

According to an eye witness, Mr Abeulah was said to be making a call when his girlfriend bagged in and stabbed him on the eye.

Speaking further the eye witness said her reason was that he (the victim) was calling another woman while she was still with him.

The victim was rushed to a nearby pharmacy for urgent medical treatment.

Mrs Peters was subsequently taken to Ogu/Bolo Youths Headquarters from where she was later handed over to the police.
