Customs declares N5m revenue from Port Harcourt Port

The Area 1 Comptroller of the Nigeria Customs Service Port Harcourt Port has declared a favourable monthly revenue despite declining Fortunes at the Port Harcourt Ports.

In its monthly report, made available recently, the area1 Comptroller of customs service Port Harcourt, Boyi Mohammed Bande, said the command generated a total sum of five million, eighty- eight thousand six hundred and twenty- three, forty-six naira, eleven kobo (5,088,623,46,11) in the month of November, a feat he described as unprecedented in recent history of the command.

The release signed by the PRO, Area 1 command of Nigeria Customs Service Port Harcourt, Mr Oscar Ivara, stated that the command through the diligent leadership of Boyi Mohammed Bande has been transformed tremendously through regular consultations with relevant stakeholders and the promotion of inter-agency relationship among operators in the sector.
