Police in Rivers State has reportedly asked for bribe before arresting a man who sexually molested a 3-year-old.
A facebook user, Ify Onyinkansola Onyegbule who posted the terrific incident said the suspect walked free after abusing the minor because the victim’s mother could not bribe the police so as to get the suspect arrested.

The woman backs out because there is no money for such action? Her daughter has been broken and damaged for life? Goshhhh!!!
I think the government needs to wake up to its responsibility and take up this woman’s case, why should the poor continue to suffer?
