A 40-year-old old woman has been arrested in Ozuoba for kidnapping and abandoning a 2-year-old baby in a cement bag.
Luck ran out of the kidnapper when neighbours saw the baby where he was tied up for over a week.
The baby is said to still be alive but in critical condition.
Eyewitnesses who spoke to Theportcitynews, expressed shock over the action of the woman.
They also said that she been handed over to the Ozuoba police station by local vigilante for proper investigation.
