Leader of the panel, Magnus Abe, offered the guarantee on Sunday following a session between panel members, Governor Siminalayi Fubara, and key leaders at Government House in Port Harcourt.
Addressing newsmen after the gathering, the panel leader, Senator Abe, indicated that every stakeholder would be received uniformly, courteously, and as core components of the foundational political group, regardless of previous political disputes.
He detailed that the panel had conducted several consultations to establish a structure for joint collaboration.
Abe noted that the panel deemed it essential to update the residents of Rivers State on the advancement achieved in the peace initiative. He said, “We are all in agreement, and we have made very good progress.”
According to him, the convergence of key political figures signals a notable transformation in Rivers State’s political climate.
He conveyed confidence that the breakthrough would be warmly received by Rivers residents who have persistently sought tranquility, harmony, growth, and wealth in the state.
Concurrently, the Regional Publicity Officer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South-South, Samuel Nwanosike, lauded Governor Fubara for welcoming the panel and creating an opportunity for participants to converse as comrades.

A key associate and ally of Governor Fubara, Ambrose Nwuzi, stated that members aligned with the governor had decided to adopt harmony, emphasizing that no objective outweighs peace.
Nwuzi referred to past friction as a typical event in social interactions, observing that the political leaders have now concurred on the necessity to reconcile.
He mentioned that the peace process is largely complete, awaiting only Wike’s formal approval of the resolution.
Prominent figures present included Governor Siminalayi Fubara; the governorship candidate of the APC, Kingsley Chinda; a former Chief of Staff to Governor Fubara, Edison Ehie; alongside several others.
This marked the second consultation between the governor and committee representatives in roughly a fortnight, as momentum builds to secure enduring tranquility and reassemble the faction in Rivers State.
