A Good Team Doesn’t Bow to Pressure”- Odidika Backs Super Eagles‎

‎Coach Emmanuel Ndubuisi Odidika of Stars of Africa Academy is feeling good about the Nigeria football team, as they are getting ready for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers (AFCON) POMOJA 2027. He thinks the Super Eagles are good enough to be at the top of Group L.

‎The Nigeria national football team will be playing against the Madagascar football team the Tanzania national football team and the Guinea-Bissau national football team. These teams were picked during a draw at the Egyptian Football Association headquarters.

‎While Coach Odidika was talking to a sports outlet, he said the Nigeria national football team has a lot of good players, they need to work hard and be very disciplined if they want to qualify.

‎He said “The quality is there to top the group.” “The Super Eagles have the quality to finish top of Group L in the AFCON qualifiers. You can see that in the depth and in their performance at the last AFCON in Morocco.”

‎He knows that what happened before does not matter now. “They need to work more than ever because every match starts at 0-0.”

‎Tanzania does not have to worry about qualifying because they are helping to host the tournament. This means one other team from Group L will get to go to the next round. Coach Odidika thinks the Nigeria national football team can handle this pressure.

‎He said “Nigeria has quality players to handle pressure and secure qualifications.” “A good team doesn’t bow to pressure it rises to it.”

‎He knows it will not be easy. He thinks the Nigerian national football team can do it. “Yes the pressure is real but this group has what it takes to overcome it and book their ticket.”

‎Coach Odidika warned the Nigeria national football team not to think any game will be easy. He said “There are no games in Africa anymore.” “African football has changed.” “You can’t point to one team and call them the threat.”

‎He thinks every team in Group L is good and none of them will be easy to beat.He said “Every team in this group is capable and none will be a pushover.” “Preparation and respect, for every opponent is key.”
