The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State has produced two candidates for the Rivers State House of Assembly ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Mrs. Alice Baridakara Samuel emerged as the party’s candidate for Constituency 1, while Hon. Dinebari Loolo secured the ticket for Constituency 2.
Party officials described the primaries, which held across various wards in the area, as peaceful, orderly, and well-organised.
A large turnout of party leaders, stakeholders, and members was recorded, reflecting strong enthusiasm and unity within the APC in the area.
Rt. Hon. Dum Dekor, leader of the Renewed Hope Family in Khana, and the Executive Chairman of the area, Chief Dr. Bariere Thomas, commended party members for their maturity and disciplined conduct during the exercise.
In his remarks, the APC Chairman in Khana Local Government Area, Hon. Ebenezer Amadi, expressed satisfaction with the successful conduct of the primaries.
He assured party faithful that all APC candidates would emerge victorious in the 2027 general elections.
