“Fulani Girls Are More Beautiful Than Lagos Girls” – Dandizzy

Port Harcourt rapper and Social media influencer, Dandizzy has stirred fresh conversation online after sharing his thoughts on the diversity of beauty among women across the country. During a casual discussion captured on video, the Port Harcourt born artist spoke about how Nigerian women compare to other regions in Africa and how beauty standards differ from place to place.

In the clip, Dandizzy said Nigerian girls easily rank among the “top five finest girls in Africa,” insisting that their beauty stands out because it comes in different forms. He went further to mention Uyo and Arewa women as some of the most striking in the country, adding that their features are unique in ways that set them apart. According to him, Lagos girls don’t top his personal list, but that doesn’t take away from the diversity he believes makes Nigerian women special.

He also compared Nigerian beauty to that of East African women. While he acknowledged their appeal, he described their style as “one dimensional,” contrasting it with what he called the “different dimensions of beauty” seen across Nigeria’s regions.

His comments have since sparked mixed reactions online. Some viewers agree with his take, pointing out that Nigeria’s cultural variety naturally reflects in its beauty standards. Others feel comparisons like this only fuel unnecessary rivalry between regions.

Still, the video reflects a familiar trend in pop culture conversations where celebrities share personal preferences, often triggering wider debates. For many Nigerians, beauty remains a proud part of cultural identity, and Dandizzy’s remarks have once again brought that topic into the spotlight.
