According to the Professor, some cultists have been arrested, and investigations are underway to identify other members. In a bold move, the Vice Chancellor personally participated in the arrest of cultists, discovering two small pistols, a cutlass, and a knife in a suspected vehicle, which were subsequently handed over to the police.
The Vice Chancellor’s actions demonstrate the university’s commitment to creating a safe and secure environment for students to focus on their studies. By advising students to shun cultism and concentrate on their academic pursuits, the university aims to promote a culture of peace and discipline on campus.
