Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, have been gifted a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding present by real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho.
The surprise gift was announced on Saturday during the couple’s lavish white wedding ceremony in Lagos, which was attended by celebrities, content creators, family members and other invited guests.
King Ochacho, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes, made the presentation amid loud applause from guests.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he said.
Videos capturing the presentation quickly went viral on social media, showing the couple embracing as guests celebrated the announcement.
The wedding attracted several notable personalities, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, social media influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, content creator Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
The gift follows an earlier promise made by King Ochacho during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged financial support for Peller’s future wedding.
At the event, the businessman invited the TikTok star to his own wedding and promised to support his marriage financially.
“I am going to send you six zeros, millions,” he had said before collecting Peller’s phone number.
Peller and Jarvis began their journey to marriage in June 2026 when the TikTok star proposed to her at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana.
The couple later held their traditional marriage in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller fulfilled the bride price rites before legalising their union with a court wedding in Lagos on July 29. They concluded their wedding celebrations with a white wedding held on Saturday.
