Comfort Emmanson, the viral passenger at the center of the Ibom Air flight altercation, has received yet another major offer—this time, a plot of land in Abuja from real estate developer Emmanuel Chukwudi Nwafor.
In a public statement, Nwafor, CEO of DreamDrew Properties Ltd, pledged to gift Emmanson a plot in Katampe Extension, one of Abuja’s fastest-growing luxury districts, as a gesture of support and compassion.
“I want to comfort Comfort of Ibom Air. As a patriotic Nigerian and a humanitarian, I want to give her a plot of land at Katampe Extension,” he wrote. “She’s free to choose whichever plot size she wants and can build immediately.”
Available plot sizes include: 250 SQM — valued at ₦45 million, 500 SQM — valued at ₦90 million, 1000 SQM — valued at ₦180 million.

Nwafor invited Emmanson to visit his office in Utako, Abuja, to finalize the offer, encouraging others to join her in securing property in the area.
This offer adds to a growing list of gifts and endorsements Comfort has received since her release from Kirikiri Correctional Centre, including: An iPhone 16 Pro Max from businessman Oga Uby, a four-year brand ambassador contract with Tubex Logistics Services, a ₦500,000 monthly job and luxury trip to Asaba from Ossai Ovie Success, aide to the Delta State Governor, a sponsored trip to Qatar and Turkey from billionaire Francis Van-Lare
Emmanson’s story, which began with public backlash over her behavior onboard an Ibom Air flight, has since transformed into a wave of support and opportunity, with many Nigerians rallying behind her.
