President Bola Tinubu and Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo discussed national progress, economic reforms, and security challenges during a meeting in Aso Villa, Abuja.
The meeting described by the President as a “pleasure,” highlighted the shared commitment of both leaders to a progressive agenda for Nigeria.
In a statement posted on his X page following the meeting, Tinubu emphasised the importance of collaboration between the federal and state governments.
“We share a firm belief that all who profess progressivism must work together to deepen our democracy, strengthen security, and transform our economy,” he said.

The President noted that their discussions centered on “bold reforms,” the need to stay the course on current policies, and the importance of tackling insecurity through both decisive action and creating opportunities for Nigeria’s youth.
Tinubu affirmed his administration’s dedication to partnering with all states committed to human, social, and economic development.
He stated, “Nigeria’s progress is strongest when we work together.”
The President reiterated his confidence in Nigeria’s future, vowing to “ensure sustainable and shared prosperity.”
