Nigerian entertainer Speed Darlington has said he would confront fellow artiste Burna Boy if they meet in the same place.
Speaking during a recent interview with Yanga FM Lagos, Speed Darlington said he has no relationship with the Grammy-winning singer and would not hesitate to engage him in a physical confrontation.
The Akpi crooner also expressed interest in facing Burna Boy in the boxing ring, following his scheduled bout with comedian and content creator Carter Efe.
“Me and Burna Boy have no relationship. If Burna Boy enters any room that I am present in, I will fight and jump on him. If I win the forthcoming boxing match between me and Carter Efe, I hope Burna Boy will be next,” he said.
Speed Darlington’s latest comments come amid a long-running dispute between the two entertainers.
The feud previously led to Speed Darlington being remanded in custody over allegations of defamation involving Burna Boy. He was subsequently granted bail, while the matter remains before the court.
The controversy between the pair began after Speed Darlington made allegations concerning Burna Boy and American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, linking the singer to claims surrounding Combs and Burna Boy’s Grammy Award.
Burna Boy has previously denied the allegations.
