Rivers State Police Command has arrested a 50-year-old man identified as Godwin for defiling two minors aged 13 and 11, and threatening them not to tell about it in Ogale, Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Godwin was arrested by operatives of Eleme Police Division on Monday following a report from the families of the minors on Monday.

It is being alleged that the suspect lured the minors using errands to have access to them. He allegedly sent them to do shopping and invited them into his room once they come back from wherever they were sent.
The suspect allegedly locked the doors, turned up the volume of his music and sexually abused them in the room, says Revelation Agent report.
In addition, Godwin allegedly threatened the two minors against making any disclosure, warning them that he would mete out stiff punishments on them in case they tell anyone what he had done to them.
In confirming the arrest, the spokesman for the Rivers State Police Command, Blessing Kaborlo, confirmed that she “can confirm the arrest of the suspect and investigation into the allegation is ongoing.”
Further information on the progress of the investigations has not been released by the police at this time.
