They have strongly emphasised that the entire audition process is completely free of charge and remains open to all eligible Nigerians who meet the specified criteria.
In an official statement posted on the social media platform X, the organisers categorically stated that any form of communication requesting payment in relation to Big Brother Naija auditions is fraudulent and should be totally disregarded.
They reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring that the auditions are conducted in a free, fair, and transparent manner, accessible to genuine talents from across the country.
Applicants have been advised to seek and rely exclusively on information disseminated through the official Africa Magic and Big Brother platforms to avoid falling victim to scammers.
This timely warning comes as activities for Season 11 of the show gather significant momentum. Online registration, which officially opened on May 16, 2026, will close today, May 20, 2026, or earlier if the available limited slots are exhausted.
Successful registrants will proceed to the physical audition phase scheduled for May 22 to 24, 2026, in the major cities of Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The organisers have further called on all prospective contestants and enthusiastic fans to exercise utmost vigilance against various forms of misinformation circulating online.
