Former ESUT Dean Murdered Along Enugu-Port Harcourt Road

Prof Sam Ndubuisi, the former Dean, faculty of Engineering at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu State, has been reportedly assassinated in Enugu State.

Prof Sam Ndubuisi, l who’s currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Scientific Equipment Development Initiative, SEDI, was murdered by unkonwn gunmen along the Enugu Port-Harcourt Expressway, very close to the centenary city on Wednesday.

This is coming barely 72 hours after the Chief Executive Officer of AutoEase company, Ifeanyi Okeke, was murdered in the presence of his 7-year-old son along brick estate.
The Federal Government Agency Director was gruesomely murdered alongside his police orderly by yet to be identified gunmen in his official vehicle marked “SEDI 26D 02FG”.

Currently, the graphic image and video from the scene of the crime is going viral on so many social media platforms.
However, the Police in Enugu State is yet to confirm the incident as of the time of filing this report but the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has visited the scene of the incident.

Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Enugu is an institute under the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI). It is located at Akwuke, Enugu South Local Government Area.
The institute is actively involved in research, development and popularization of science research results which have been of great help to the growth and development of the nation.
