Fascism and the Rule of Law

John Nima

Immediately the Executive arm disobeys a court order, a federal court ought to immediately declare the position of the President vacant and this ratified by the Senate! In the case of the refusal of the president to step down after being declared impeached by both the court and the Senate, all instruments of the Executive should automatically go to the Vice President.

Constitutionally, the Head of Police should immediately order the arrest of the impeached president for prosecution. The same thing for the state governors!

For the courts to have the authority, and spunk to declare the actions of a President illegal and his office vacant, the courts must be absolutely independent! The position of the CJN shall be an elective one and judges shall be assigned by a committee of the NJC. The NJC constituted by the CJN. The funding of the courts shall be a First Line Charge of the budget and neither subject to the Executive nor the Judiciary!

That’s how to justiciate a constitution. That is democracy! Dear Mr. ‘The-Constitution-is-not-a-problem’, do you have these Checks and Balances in your abominable constitution of 1999? Your refusal to end this shame is the very reason we are where we are today.Dasuki, Sowore, Jalingo, etc are languishing in the gulags because the 1999 constitution is not justiciable! The Boko Haram war and Fulani Herdsmen are thriving because of that constitution. The budget is being swallowed because of it. The roads have collapsed because of it. The government is dead because of it! Why in tarnation do you still support that abomination???

Constitutionally, Nigeria does not have a president; you have a god! The 1999 constitution is NOT democratic; it is Fascist! The Rule of the Law doesn’t exist in real terms, but a pretence of same!

The 1999 Constitution CAN NEVER contain a President of Nigeria!!! The Nigerian President is the most powerful orgasm on earth!!! By virtue of the 1999 Constitution, people are required to be loyal to the president and NOT to Nigeria! That document is a tragic fraud!

#thinkAgain people; this thing you support shall be the death of you. Destroy it NOW!!!

We want our #autonomousRegions. #rejectThe1999Constitution NOW!
