The follows the arrest of alleged illegal operators of satellite television organisations, including Metro Digital by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday.

In a press statement signed by the General Manager, Dafini Gogo Abbey, RSTV discountenanced a radio broadcast by Nigeria INFO 92.3 FM on Sunday 6th October, 2019, which gave wrong information that Metro Digital operates illegally in RSTV premises.

It called the continuous linking of the name of RSTV into the ordeal of Metro Digital as mischievous and misleading.

The statement stressed further that Metro Digital only hoisted their signals antenna on RSTV mast with the express permission from the supervising Ministry in 2008.
