Amnesty programme boss accused of forcing staff to swear oaths of secrecy

A US based Journalist, Jackson Ude has accused the coordinator of Presidential amnesty programme, Professor Charles Dokubo, of forcing staff to swear oaths of secrecy.

This comes as accusations are flying over to the looting of the presidential amnesty programme’s training centers.

One of such centres in Abonnema was looted last month following eruption of violence during the Presidential and National Assembly elections, with equipment worth billions stolen.

The PAP boss is an indigene of Abonnema.

Although Dokubo has come out to deny any role in the looting, the journalist claims in a twitter post that he is currently looking for his informants.
