APC Chieftain wants Governor Wike to probe Bro Felix Obua led RIWAMA, after admitting they have failed

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Rivers State, Ezemonye Ezekiel Amadi has called on the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, to probe the activities of the Rivers State Waste Management agency, RIWAMA, led by Bro Felix Obua, after the Governor admitted his administration was lagging behind in ensuring that Port Harcourt was clean.

“Following revelation that the Environmental sanitation authority, RIWAMA has Failed woefully.

“I call on him to probe the environmental sanitation authority, with a view to retrieving from everyone concerned there, all the taxpayer’s Money that was put in there and fettered away by, the management of RIWAMA.

“They should be held to account for all the huge sums of public funds, that was appropriated for that authority since the administration came to power.

Ezemonye Ezekiel Amadi who is the immediate past commissioner for lands and survey in Rivers State alleged that the previous administration promoted and kept Port Harcourt and it’s environs clean and says Rivers State has lost its Garden City status under the Wike led administration.

“It is not enough for Nyesom Wike to say they have failed. If he knows that he doesn’t have a hand in that their failure, let him prove it to us, by probing the management of that authority, and let everybody there found wanting be brought to book.
