In empowering 10,000 Niger Delta youth under its Youth Internship Scheme, the Federal Government, through the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), announced the disbursement of N50,000 monthly stipends as promised.

The Director of Corporate Affairs, Mrs. Seledi-Thompson-Wakama, on Thursday made this known to pressmen in Rivers State.

She stated that the selected trainees, chosen from over 3.2 million applicants, will undergo a 12-month hands-on training to develop essential skills.
