A Port Harcourt-based socialite and beauty queen, Christabel Miriam has died during hip enlargement surgery at a Lagos Hospital.
Christabel who also runs a skin beauty business died on Tuesday in the from excess bleeding after the surgery.
A friend of the diseased Sandra alleged that she died after as the bleeding became uncontrollable.
She said the surgery was performed at a plastic surgery clinic located in Maryland, adding that many people have died during surgeries at the hospital.
According to Sandra, the deceased paid N3 million for the surgery.
She hailed from Akwa Ibom and graduated from the University of Port Harcourt.
Friends and associates expressed their heartfelt bade the socialite farewell on her Instagram page.
