Rivers gets new CP

A new commissioner of police has been posted to Rivers state to replace the out-gone CP, Joseph Mukan who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General.

CP Friday Eboka, before his posting to Rivers was the Commissioner of Police in charge of the railway police.
